Randy is the founder of Safe Campus LLC, and the founder of SpaceCycles LLC, and founding partner of IronNimbus. Safe Campus LLC provides affordable shooter detection technology that can identify an active shooter on K 12, Higher Education, and Hospital campuses and notify students, faculty and first responders of the eminent danger.

SpaceCycles provides Mobile Data and Device Protection, Secure Video Communications, Clean Room Data Recovery and Cloud Computing services. Randy has been a commercial information technology professional for over 46 years. His career spans the introduction of each of computing's most successful technologies including super-computing, massively parallel computing, distributed computing, grid computing, and cloud computing. He has been considered a trusted authority with regards to enterprise computing technologies specific to the energy, healthcare, and entertainment industries for over 46 years. His achievements include the development of several key industry solutions such as software as a service, high performance computing services, and grid computing services.

Chris Mallazzo

COO & CIO

A Principle Partner of SpaceCycles LLC, and a founding partner of Safe Campus LLC. SpaceCycles LLC provides cutting-edge cybersecurity, and Secure Video Communication solutions for consumers, SMBs, enterprise corporations, and government. We deliver necessary protection from today’s sophisticated security threats. SpaceCycles patented keystroke encryption software prevents the theft of credentials from Keyloggers at the endpoint. This technology is used to also strengthen the security and compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and NIST.

Chris has over 38 years’ experience in the technology industry with over 29 years in Senior Management and Strategy roles. He holds bachelor’s degrees in computer science and mathematics from Adelphi University. Chris is excellent in understanding a company’s entire business environment and technical infrastructure, he achieved aggressive enterprise goals and leveraged IT/IS resources to streamline internal processes and deliver performance, efficiency, and profit improvements. Employed with companies such as Electronic Data Systems (EDS), Dime Savings Bank of New York, and Emtec Inc., Chris has consistently rose to senior executive positions and introduced new and cutting-edge technologies. Chris has strong experience in cloud computing, business application architecture, infrastructure architecture; Storage and Data Protection solutions.

Paul Wisniewski

Vice President

Sales & Reseller Relations

Paul Wisniewski is an experienced communications and software technology consultant, in the last 15 years Paul has specialized in sales channel development and management for his customers and partners.


Paul has worked for, and with a variety of technology companies, from well established enterprise organizations like IBM and Siemens, to start-up companies entering new markets. Paul has successfully created relationships with major distributor partners and also major national resellers.


Paul’s personal time is spent in the mountains of Utah and Colorado as a professional ski instructor, camping on weekends, golfing, and bike riding adventures.

Frank Stawicki

Vice President

Marketing & Research

After graduating from Northwestern University, Frank began his career with Baxter Healthcare as an IS Auditor. Then moving to MCI Communications and ABN AMRO Bank building web-based report distributions portals for enterprise data stores at the start of the internet boom.


Joining the Tribune Company and moving into project management, he began the next phase of his career leading large multimillion dollar projects and programs at the Tribune, IPSOS (international market research firm), Avanade (the largest Microsoft consulting firm) Hyatt Hotels and United Airlines.
 

Frank is a member of Rotary One in Chicago and Destination.ai, a nonprofit which promoted AI within the Chicago area, and the Midwest.
 

As VP of Marketing & Research for SpaceCycles LLC, Frank is leading the marketing and marketing research responsibilities to ensure that SpaceCycles, and its Cyber Security and Video Communications solutions are communicated and available to all media outlets.  

 

Dale Stultz

Dale is a founding partner of IronNimbus and is a principal of REP-PRESENTS LLC, Independent Manufacturers Representative Firm providing Consultants, Dealers, Re-sellers, ProAV/IT Integrators, and Commercial Contractors in twenty Midwestern and Western states with conventional and innovative multimedia, audiovisual, digital video workflow, IPTV Streaming, and sound products.

 

Dale's career spans over 23 years’ experience as a ProAV Systems Integrator and Independent Representative of cutting-edge technologies relative to the transition of analog to digital audio, video, data and communications.

John Heep

John is the president of John W. Heep & Associates Inc, and the Legislative District 22 area manager and precinct and state committeeman. John is on the Arizona State University Industrial Automation Advisory Board, and a board member of the Sun City West Republican Club and is an associate member of the Arrowhead Republican Women.
 

John was on the Maricopa County Community College District Governing Board, elected to the Budget Committee and Finance Audit Committee, from 2015 to 2016; and was a precinct captain from 2015 to 2016.

Walter Stawicki has an extensive background in publishing, advertising, sales, marketing, cutting-edge technology and protocol fund-raising and social commitment. Walter has been a principal and an investor in many companies in healthcare, biotechnology, publishing and communications. He was the founder of CommandAccess.net, an Internet Service Provider and Technology services company as well as the online portal, AbstractPublishing.Com.
 

He holds an undergraduate degree from Loyola University of Chicago and a Master of Science in Strategy and Management from Northwestern University. As a member of Rotary One, Walter has had the privilege to know the diversity of Chicago, national and international, business, and political leaders. Truth, fairness, goodwill, and mutual benefit are common business and personal themes in his life. He has the experience and the perspective needed to understand the challenges of changing business environments and markets. He has been a lecturer at the Integritas Institute for Ethics at the University of Illinois in Chicago. He has also taught classes in negotiations and marketing throughout the years.
